TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
RESTRICTION
Guests of all ages will be accepted; however, those with pre-existing health risks or co morbidities (e.g
hypertension, diabetes, cancer, serious heart condition, chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma, and/or
pregnancy) will not be accommodated for the time being
ADVISORY
• Wireless internet access is unstable and could be intermittent in some rooms/areas in the resort.
• The hotel is a pet-friendly property and charged Php 500.00 for a max weight of 12 kg per pet per night and Php 1,000.00 for above 12kg.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (Local Time) and check-out time is 12:00 NN (Local Time).
Request for early check-in and check-out must be pre-arranged with the Reservation Officer on a case to
case basis and shall be subject to room availability. Early check-in and late check-out are charged with the
following rates:
Early check-in :
6:00 am – 10:00 am 50% of room rate (Subject to Availability)
10:01 am – 1:30 pm 25% of room rate (Subject to Availability)
Late check-out :
12:00nn - 3:00 pm 25% of room rate (Subject to Availability)
3:01 pm – 6:00 pm Full-day rate
FAMILY PLAN
Children below 7 years old will not be charged for sharing the same bed with parents, subject to the existing bedding arrangement of maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Meals are not included in this family arrangement. GUARANTEED RESERVATION To guarantee your booking, payment should be made on or before the Option Date indicated on the Statement of Account.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All bookings must be covered by an appropriate CONFIRMATION LETTER issued by the Hotel prior to the arrival of the guests. Any new bookings or revisions during weekends, holidays and after-office hours must be coordinated with the Reservation Officer.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
We strive to provide you with the best stay possible and understand that during these times, flexibility is important. Until further notice, below cancellation policy, will apply to our resorts. Complimentary rebooking within a year is offered for all current or new reservations made directly with the resort. Guests may cancel without penalties up to 15 days prior to Lean Season and 30 days prior to check-in for Peak/Super Peak Season respectively. A separate rebooking and cancellation policy may be provided for El
Nido Bayview Resorts’ promo bookings.
Cancellations made within 15 days (Lean Season) / 30 days (Peak/.Super Peak Season) will be non-refundable and will be treated as a NO-SHOW.
MODIFICATION
For shortened bookings received 1 month prior to arrival, 50% of the modified room nights(s) will be charged.
For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights shall be NON REFUNDLABLE.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A cash incidental deposit of Php2,000 will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

A mandatory gala dinner applies to all
bookings staying and arriving on the following travel dates:
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
The Hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change or statues of the Philippine government, strikes, riots, acts of terrorism, and Act of God, or any condition beyond the control of the Hotel.
BAGGAGE LIABILITY
The Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage on luggage of guests which may be lost or damaged in transit.
GUEST’S BELONGINGS
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. For the convenience of the guest, electronic safety deposits are provided in the room to store any valuables
The Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings, including theft.
OUTSIDE FOOD
Bringing in of food and beverage into the hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. Corresponding charges may apply for any damage and stain on towels and linens, as well as any damage or breakage on any hotel property.

We collect and maintain information that you enter on our Website or give us in any other way (collectively, "Personal Information").

Generally, we use your Personal Information for administrative purposes e.g. processing, confirming, fulfilling and completing your transactions and requests for our services.
In the event there is a transaction problem/issue, we will notify you via email based on the Personal Information which you provided to us through our booking engine.
In addition to this, your Personal Information will be used for the purposes of sales, marketing or cross-marketing of products and services, investigation of claims and inquiries, check-in, refund, safety, security, statistical and marketing analysis, information systems management, system testing, maintenance and development, operational, support, customer surveys, customer relations and to improve and help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements and preferences.
If our hotel partner is subscribed to our Loyalty Program and you elected to be a member, you will also be a participant in the Atlantis Loyalty Programme
In such cases, your Personal Information will also be used to administer your membership and offer you the perks which you are eligible under this programme.
Sharing of Information Collected
We may process and disclose your personal information within hotel partner, our subsidiaries and affiliates and/or third parties, such as credit card verification providers, data analytics, marketing agency, immigration authorities, safety and security personnel, parties which have business or contractual dealings with Atlantis and its subsidiaries or affiliates, and other third party who is able to demonstrate that you have explicitly consented to the disclosure of your Personal Information by us to such third party.
Your personal information may also be disclosed or transferred to any of Atlantis actual and potential assignee, transferee or acquirer (within or outside the Philippines) (including our affiliates and subsidiaries) or our business, assets or group companies, or in connection with any corporate restructuring or exercise including our restructuring to transfer the business, assets and/or liabilities.
Furthermore, Atlantis will jointly use personal information as well as cookies for the purposes as described in “Use of information collected” and “Cookies” respectively.

Data Storage
The headquarters of Atlantis is located in Philippines. However, we may transfer and store your Personal Information on our servers located overseas. Such transfers are necessary pursuant to our contract with data subject and/or our contract(s) with the relevant third parties.
Atlantis will secure the storage in compliance with the minimum security measures prescribed under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its regulation and standards.
